The time is here! The kitchen renovation is completed!

We are in process of interviewing candidates for the Bakery Instructor.

That’s the last step before launching our inaugural class in the last quarter of 2025.

Every donation – big or small – will help get us to this goal.

If you’re looking to cover costs for something specific, here are some ideas:

$10,560 – stipend for one trainee
$410 – commercial kitchen safety uniform for one trainee (chef coat & pants, safety shoes, heat-resistant gloves, apron)
$240 – transportation costs for our first cohort
For the classroom: Smart board $1,800; Lockable storage lockers $220; Dry erase board $65
